These terms apply to your use of duskplay.com during early access. By using the site you agree to them.
Adults only
DuskPlay is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use the site. Do not use DuskPlay where accessing adult content is illegal.
Early access
The store is not open yet. Joining the waitlist or applying as a creator does not create a purchase, a contract or a guarantee of listing. Features and terms described on the site may change before launch.
Creators
Creator applications are reviewed individually. Commercial terms (pricing, revenue share, payouts) are agreed in writing with each creator before any game is listed. We only list content that is legal and that complies with our content policy and our payment partners' rules; content involving minors, or characters presented as minors, is never accepted.
Content and intellectual property
The DuskPlay name, logo and site content belong to DuskPlay. Games shown on the site belong to their creators. Example game cards on the home page are illustrative only.
Liability
The site is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent allowed by law, DuskPlay is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
