This policy explains what DuskPlay collects on duskplay.com during early access and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Waitlist and creator applications: your email address and anything you type in the form (game name, links, answers to optional questions).
- Where you came from: the referring website, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) and the page you signed up on. We use this to understand which channels bring visitors.
- Basic analytics: aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics from our hosting provider. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
How we use it
- To email you when DuskPlay launches (players) or to contact you about selling on DuskPlay (creators).
- To understand how people find the site.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Service providers
Forms are processed by Formspree, the site is hosted and served by Cloudflare, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@duskplay.com. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
Age
DuskPlay is for adults only (18+, or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We'll update this page if anything changes, and update the date below.
