Your adult game got leaked. What now?

Almost every adult game ends up on a leak site. You can't stop it completely, but you can limit it and make paying the easier choice.

Updated October 22, 2026 · DuskPlay

Short version: send takedown requests to the hosts and to Google for the worst links, then focus your energy on making the official version better and easier to buy: newer builds, Android, saves that work, fair regional prices. Pirates who can't pay were never sales. Pirates who can, you can win back.

1. Takedowns where they're worth it

2. Protect patron builds

3. Make the official version the better version

4. Talk to players, not at them

A short in-game note works better than threats: "This game is made by two people. If you enjoyed it, here's how to support us." Many players simply didn't know where to buy it.

FAQ

Can I get my adult game removed from leak sites?

Often, yes. Most hosts and many forums have a copyright or developer removal process. Google's copyright removal form also takes leak pages out of search results.

Does DRM stop adult game piracy?

Not really. Determined leakers break it, and it mostly inconveniences paying players. Better builds, fair prices and easy purchase work better.

Does piracy actually hurt sales?

Some, but many people who download leaks would never have paid. The goal is to win back those who can pay by making the official version better and easier to buy.
